Saturday, September 5, 2009 Finale smoke for the Tyrant...

Map: No Mercy Finale...
4v4 Versus...

Early tank spawned in the corridor as per CEVO standards...
I spawned as the smoker, intending to pull one towards the tank...
A molly was thrown, putting the tank on fire...
The Boomer, Timmy_000 spawned behind the survivors in the stairwell, and covered 3 or 4 on goop...
I grabbed MHz's Raging Tyrant, and dragged him through the fire into the oncoming horde...
Lucky for me he was boomed, and he took all the zombies himself...
This epic smoke took him from full HP to 3/4 dead after incap before the tank died, and me and my zombies finished him off before the other survivors could save him...

Tuesday, June 30, 2009 No Mercy from FrancisBot ...

Map: No Mercy Finale...
4v2 Versus...

We were slaughtering the opposition, and 2 of them raged before the final half of the finale...
As per usual bot behaviour, they scramble up the final ladder without stopping...
LouisBot is dragged off the roof by the smoker at the dish...
Zoey runs up and shoots the smoker, saving LosisBot, then gets hunted...
Bill is hunted by me at the top of the ladder...
FrancisBot is still all the way at the bottom of the first ladder...
I incap Bill, and FrancisBot climbs up and kills me...
Then kills Hypnotic Poison, who has incapped and half killed Zoey...
Then, to the amazement of everyone, FrancisBot jumps off the roof to go help
LouisBot, leaving the 2 incapped players out of reach...
We then kill the two bots, while laughing and going "What the hell..."

We were having a good time, killing the enemy. They managed to kill our entire team with a tank in the previous round and made some smart-ass comment about "That's how you do it." ... we returned the favour.

Friday, May 29, 2009 Death at the door... Again...

Map: No Mercy Subway...
4v4 Versus...

After our epic and somewhat easy run through, the other team of survivors open the door and run down the stairs...
The last one gets boomed, and they keep running...
One gets hunted at the corner of the stairs, while the rest run off...
The one that comes back to save him, I smoke away...
The boomer is still alive, and I notice that our other hunter has someone off at the bottom of the stairs...
The boomed one is also there, and saves him...
By the time they come and save the others, one is incapped, and the boomer is still dancing around...

The second hunter respawns, and the first hunter has killed his target, so then the last 2 standing survivors get hunted, and we win...

After servers screwing up, games crashing, and voice chat issues, we had a great game...
We lost by 12 points in the end...

In NM3, we got a Tank, and were left with an AI smoker standing on the white building between the spwan room and the garage with T2 weapons...
He did nothing...

The last one, I didnt even shoot the hunter... But it still killed him, and decorated the wall nicely...

Map: No Mercy Hospital

1v2 Versus

 

I was having an innocent game with my friends. It was all good, me and my friend were progressing through the level well, we abandoned the bots, to run into my other friend, as the infected, behind the corner. We go mugged by all the zombies we missed. I managed to get incaped, but was quickly aided by the bots and my friend. We got to the elevator, saving our medkits for a Tank battle. We get onto the elevator, friend closes the door, and I somehow fall out while the doors closed. Im like what the hell, like both friends. I wasnt Smoker'ed, no one got Hunter'ed behind me, nor was I molotov'ed or pipe bomb'ed. I then later get attacked by my friend, a Hunter, and then Francis randomly teleports down with me. My friend doesn't kill me but kills Francis. W.T.F happened?

4v3 Versus

 

 

We had the advantage of 4 Infected, against 3 survivors and a BillBot. They prepare themselves quickly, like us. I, as a Hunter, go to my favourite building top and watch the scene, near the car, where the T2 weapons spawn. I'm watching, ready to pounce the lone survivor who goes through. A Smoker and a Boomer are postitioning themselves for their attack on the Saferoom roof. I'm not sure what happened, but a Horde rushed in, and next glance at the TAB screen, I see Bill is dead. I don't know what happened, but we managed to kill the rest at the cresendo, thanks to a badly places Boomer, and some Hunters.

The Survivors (enemies) were progressing well, shoving every Boomer, Hunter and Smoker out of the way. We get annoyed, and plan just to rush them next time we spawn. But whats this? One of us calm players spots a witch, and alerts us of its presence. The Smoker grabs a lone survivor, to the car alarm. The survivor, surprised by this sudden win, shot like crazy, causing an incap on the pulled survivor and another incap of the witch disturber. Our 2 other Hunters got 25 DMG pounces on the remaining, killing them. Victory is sweet eh.

We got a tank as the survivors came out into the street... 3 ran back inside, so i tried to hunt Louis, the last still outside...
I missed and he hit me back...
Louis then ran over to me to kill me, and all of a sudden, there is a car in front of me, where Louis was just standing...
I lived!!!

I landed a 25 damage pounce on Bill as he was leaving the building before the stairs to the subway safe room...

Louisbot ran backwards towards me, as bots do, and stood there shooting forwards with his shotgun...
Someone else hunted Francis next to us, not 3 meters away, and Louisbot still stood there... Next to me... Shooting forwards somewhere...

Map: No Mercy Sewers...
4v4 Versus...

I was a hunter sitting on the white building between the spawn safe room and the garage where the weapons can spawn...
We had a tank in the open area around the gas station, and he had the survivors in the shop front...
I decided to go help him, so I pounced high and far, managing to fly right over the shop building, and landed on Francis for 25 damage...
I didnt even see him there...

After he died, I jumped back up the onto the shop roof, and down the other side...
To land right on top of Zoey, who had just run through and closed the door on the tank...
Turns out our tank had just incapped Louis and Bill, and Zoey was the last one standing...
Win to us...

In the standard roof top ambush, we managed to hunt zoey and bill back down the ladder...
Someone had thrown a molotov, so we were both on fire...
Francis was smoked off the roof and helpless...
Louis managed to kill us hunters, then jumped off the roof to go help Francis...
Problem was, we had already incapped the two at the ladder...
Win for us...
